Resilient Bar system for soundproofing walls

When constructing a stud wall for soundproofing a party wall or simply for separating rooms and the highest degree of soundproofing is required, it is advisable to decouple the plasterboard from the frame using a Resilient Bar system.  Resilient Bars are a flexibly link for fixing the plasterboard and the flexibility of the link absorbs much of the sound energy that would otherwise still penetrate the structure.  This method of decoupling will significantly improve the soundproofing of any wall.  The Resilient Bar system of soundproofing walls is easy to fit but care must be taken
